Room cost too high for poor amenities!!! No telephone in room for communication with Reception!!! Shortage of items for three guests was frustrating!!! Rooms had cleanliness issues and maintenance concerns!!! Bathroom lacked ventilation!!! Unexpected extra charges during checkout!!!

Had the Standard Queen Room. Really spacious with AC, fridge, and a flat-screen TV. Pool was inviting, even tho it was out of order. Loved the comfortable bed and clean shower. Plus, there's a bus stop outside for easy access to Parramatta. The staff even left Taylor Swift lyrics in the room! Super cool touch!

Couple getaway, worth it

The food was delicious, especially the french toast that made our mornings feel special! Plus, the staff were genuinely friendly, making our stay pleasant from the moment we checked in.

It wasn’t the cheapest experience I’ve had, but still felt acceptable.
